Next, is the 4 levels of personal fitness… Level 1 Unmotivated, comes up with excuses why not to workout or watch their diet. Never enough time in the day to focus on themselves, yet has the time to watch Netflix and scroll social media. Level 2 starting to care about themselves, works out occasionally, and has an idea of nutrition on what they should and should not eat. Level 3 starting to workout on the regular 3-4x a week and watching what they eat 75% of the time. Level 4 DIALED IN! Works out on a consistent basis. Tracking their food/macros on a daily basis. Constantly looking for knowledge and information on how to improve. This is their LIFESTYLE! WE ARE LEVEL 4 |
